Ingredients:
• Raclette, sliced (roughly 8 oz. per person
• Boiled potatoes
• Cured meat, sliced (proscuitto, salami, ham etc.)
• Pickles (cornichons)
• Small white onions
Equipment Needed: Raclette melting device (electric raclette grill, heat bar, or individual pans)
Instructions:
1. Begin heating up the melting device of your choice
2. Put cheese on the hot tray or under the bar so it begins to heat up
3. Assemble your plate with any or all of the above ingredients
4. Around 2-3 minutes, your cheese should be melted and ready to scrape or pour onto the food on your plate
